As with most FANUC robots, the r2000ib 210F is reliable and efficient making it an excellent choice. The 210F can come with either the FANUC RJ3IC or FANUC R30ia controller. In addition to the above mentioned applications, the R2000ib 210F can also be used for machine tending, injection molding, cutting, and parts transfer. The Fanuc 100iB with R-J3iB controller has a 6kg payload and 1373mm reach that means it is perfect for handling, Welding, and pick and place along with many other applications. The 100iB arm (also known as the M6iB was one of the first single sided arms and is very well respected for its reliability and longevity. The single sided design means the robot has a very good work envelope (the space in which the robot works). Fanuc M6iB/100iB is the robot of choice for many car manufacturers when it comes to seam welding applications such as chassis fabrication. We sell many of these for welding applications too, being very good value as well as being the right tool for the job. The Fanuc R-J3iB controller is multipurpose and is used for many applications. The Fanuc TP language is simple and easy to use and the Fanuc controller is very reliable indeed. Each 100iB/M-6iB we ship from Global Robots is tested and serviced before cleaning and painting before a final test to ensure that the robot is ready to work.
